Don't worry, I'll keep this as short and painless as possible!

The only personal information transmitted electronically via my website Contact Form is your name and email address - this is stored securely by my website host (wix.com - https://www.wix.com/about/privacy), which is password protected at my end. For information on which cookies wix.com will use for this purpose, please go to https://support.wix.com/en/article/cookies-and-your-wix-site.

 

I will respond to your request and if I'm available, I will send you my Consultation Form. On this, the personal information you are asked consists of your full name, correspondence address, email address, and phone number (both parties). When returned to me, I file your email plus attachment in an 'Enquiries' folder on my password protected unitystyling@gmail.com account, accessed via my password protected laptop. If you proceed with a booking, your email thread gets placed in a designated email folder named using your first names and wedding date. If you send me a paper copy of the signed contract, this is placed in a lockable filing cabinet.

I will NOT ask for your bank account details - you will instead have mine for the purposes of paying the deposit and balance.

Your information is NEVER passed on to any Third Parties (the only exception being if pursuant to a legal request, such as a subpoena, legal proceedings, search warrant or court order, or in compliance with applicable laws, if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so, with or without notice to you).

 

I do NOT have mailing lists, so I will NEVER send any emails not directly related to your wedding booking.

Wix.com will retain the initial information you provide indefinitely, but if you would prefer that I deleted anything at my end, or if you wish to see a copy of what I myself hold, just ask!
