THE CONSULTATION - PART 1 - INITAL IDEAS

If I'm available, I'll send you my consultation form for you to complete, which will help to gather a little more information on which to base my suggestions and prices. Everything I do is bespoke so all prices entirely depend on the flower types chosen, the style and the size of the required arrangements. If you have any favourite flowers please do make a note of them - I will also let you have a list of suitable seasonal blooms for you to have a look at.

If you have a set budget then I can make suggestions to best fit it - otherwise I will give you some price ranges so you can consider what works out best for you, but as a very rough guide (for 2018):

Bridal Bouquet - £120+

Bridesmaid Bouquet: £75+

Flowergirls: typically £15-30+

Buttonhole: £8-10

Corsage: £12.50-15.00+

Chair Row/Pew End: £17.50+

Table Centres: £60.00+ (although extremely variable in both directions depending on style!)

Regarding style, if you have any images/pinterest boards, these are also really useful for me to see (a picture speaks a thousand words and all that!) - or if you're after a bit of inspiration, I have lots of images on my Pinterest page.

THE CONSULTATION - PART 2 - TEA OR COFFEE?

A thorough consultation helps me to fully understand and perfectly interpret your ideas. If time or location necessitate it, of course we can make it work via phone and email - but all the better if we can meet and have a good old chat over a cuppa! If it's a new venue to me, or you're after some venue-specific floristry (such as window sill or mantelpiece treatments) let's try to meet there so we can discuss everything in context.

QUOTATION

Taking into consideration all our conversations and correspondance, a finalised quotation will be provided.

DEPOSIT

A £250.00 non-refundable deposit (or full balance if the order is less than this value) is required to guarantee your booking and accounts for work undertaken so far, as well as all further meetings and/or site visits. (I thank you for your understanding of the non-refundable nature of the deposit, due to the fact that in order to give your wedding day the fullest attention, other work may have been turned down for the day in question).

PAYMENT OF BALANCE

Lots of things can change during the run up to the big day and I'm completely flexible towards making adjustments to your quotation. Consequently, the full balance isn't due until one calendar month before the date of your wedding. We'll have a quick catch up to check over all the details - then it's all systems go!

ON THE DAY

In addition the the delivery of your flowers yo wherever you require them, whenever possible, I will be there to pin on the corsages and buttonholes (I'm a stickler for them being in the right place!) - or at worst, strict instructions will be given to the most trustworthy groomsman (it's all relative haha!).
